| On historic Oxford’s
doorstep, The Oxford Science Park (a joint venture between
Magdalen College, Oxford and Prudential) is thriving as a
centre of excellence for science technology and business occupiers.
The regions large skill base has attracted innovative, leading
edge organisations at the forefront of research and development,
together with fast-track companies using The Oxford Science
Park as the ideal catalyst for business start-up.
More than 530,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space has
been completed to date. This includes approx. 100,000 sq ft completed during 2007 comprising, Fletcher House, Winchester House, the Sadler Building (a new amenity building) and a new building for Nominet, the internet registry for .uk domain names.
Further development is currently being planned and plots are available for pre-letting.
