Building 18 has been designed as a flexible generic laboratory building suitable for single or multiple occupation. It will comprise a three storey building with substantial screened plant space at roof level and on each floor.

- 4.55 metre floor to floor height allowing 2.7 metre floor to ceiling height and 1.25 metre ceiling void and 0.6 metre structural and floor finishes zone.

- Large lift capacity (1,600 Kg)
