Building 26 will provide an architectually striking, contemporary building set within a prominent location on the Park. The building envelope has been designed to suit either office or laboratory occupiers. There are flexible options for the internal specifications to suit occupier specific requirements.

Sustainability
The building is designed to accomodate a displacement ventilation system with provision for chilled beams. It is also intended to include a combination of ground source heat pumps and solar water heating with overall heating and cooling optimised by a Building Management System. The current building design targets a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good'.
