Meeting Rooms For Hire
Meeting rooms in Oxford Science Park (including free car parking and Wi-fi access) are available to hire to non-occupiers of the Science Park
A choice of 10 meeting and conference rooms (from 2 - 90 persons) are available in the Magdalen Centre and Sadler Buildings.
Free Wi-fi access is included in the hire plus we offer free on-site car parking.
All meeting rooms are equipped with a flipchart and pens. LCD projectors are available (£15.00+VAT per hour or free when hiring the conference rooms), advance booking is required.
On site catering for your meeting may be booked in advance from our
Hospitality Menu (PDF) or alternatively Café Magdalen and the Sadler Brasserie restaurant are easily accessible. Tables in the Sadler Brasserie restaurant may be booked in advance.
All meeting room hire and catering booking is operated through “Park I Life I Style”, the meeting room and catering operation of The Oxford Science Park. A selection of meeting rooms are available to hire from £20+VAT per hour.
