Fundraising and Exits - Insight into the IPO market
Registration closed - This event is now fully subscribed and the event is now closed to new registrations. Thank you for your interest. (Dated: 12 noon 22/02/2013).
At this meeting the current environment for raising funds and exits via an IPO strategy will be discussed by representatives of The London Stock Exchange and corporate finance advisory firms Charles Russell and Grant Thornton.
Despite the prevailing macro-economic and financing condition, a number of IPO fundraisings have successfully completed on the UK markets (including on AIM) over the last two years many of which have been from the technology and life-science sectors. Reflecting this, many directors are now seeing this as a timely opportunity to test whether a London IPO is a feasible option for their company.
Led by IPO experts, this meeting will enable you to fully appraise an IPO strategy and will detail:
- * Case-studies of what types of companies are completing IPOs and on which UK markets.
- * Insight into how public market investors will value a company
- * How to put together an IPO transaction.
