Scrumptious new menus at Café Magdalen

Sasha Beviere, the venue’s Chef Manager who recently took over the role, has developed a new weekly menu for Café Magdalen and it promises to have lots of seasonal flavours and delicious delights.

It was three and half years ago that Sasha joined the team when she was 19 years old, asking to be an apprentice chef. Since then, she has worked her way from Apprentice to Chef Manager. She spent the first two years being taught cookery by Miles Burton, Head Chef, based in The Sadler Venue, and completed her NVQ in cookery.

Julien Such, Catering Manager, The Oxford Science Park commented: “We hold a vast amount of skill and experience within our catering team. It’s a pleasure to see Sasha progress so incredibly quickly.”

Starting on Monday 30 January 2017, Sasha is proud to launch the new Café Magdalen menu which will rotate every three weeks.

She’s excited to continue to offer Café Magdalen’s customers, who come from across The Magdalen Centre and around the Park, and their visitors, great tasting, seasonal and delicious food.
