Launching on Monday 30th September is the Sadler Brasserie’s new menu, offering a combination of exciting and mouth-watering dishes developed by the venue’s new Head Chef (Craig).

Craig joined the team earlier this year and since his arrival the kitchen has been buzzing with creativity whilst developing the new four-weekly à la carte menus, which offers a rich variety of dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and where possible, sourced from local suppliers.

Julien Such (Food & Beverage Manager) highly recommends the goat’s cheese beignet served with heritage tomatoes and a basil mayonnaise as a starter, followed by the pan-fried sea bream served with roasted samphire, parmentier potatoes and a mussel and parsley cream sauce.

The Main Brasserie Menu is due to be launched on the 7th October and compliments the A la Carte menu. The menu will offer the long-standing favourites, such as omelettes and a variety of burgers as well as a wide range of new choices including Lebanese flatbreads, a reinvented ham, egg and chips, katsu curry, freshly prepared hot salads and a fantastic ‘create your own pasta dish’ section with delicious fillers.
