Sadler Brasserie new A La Carte Menu!

We are very excited to announce the launch of Sadler Brasserie’s new menu next week!

The new À La Carte Menu commences on Monday 10th February and features some exciting new seasonal starters and main courses.

The Food & Beverage Manager (Julien Such) highly recommends the following dishes:

THAI-STYLE MUSSELS

Mussels steamed in chili, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and coconut milk, served with a crusty giotto roll

HAUNCH OF VENISON

Served with a crispy potato cake, charred clementine, buttered kale and a juniper berry jus

SCALLOP AND KING PRAWN LINGUINE

Pan seared scallops and king prawns served on a puttanesca linguine
