Serviced accommodation in Magdalen Centre (North and
South)
Magdalen Centre South contains a variety of offices and laboratories
from 150 sq ft upwards. Space within Magdalen Centre South
is suitable for companies requiring up to approx. 2000 sq
ft and available on simple monthly licence agreements.
Magdalen Centre North has larger office suites between 4800
sq ft and 6800 sq ft available on 1-3 year short form lease
agreements.
Also one wing of the building has been converted into laboratory
suites suitable for companies requiring 2 - 6 person laboratory
and office space with some shared laboratory services. These

Non-serviced multi-tenanted buildings
Several buildings have been constructed that are suitable
for non-serviced multiple occupation.
Buildings for single companies
Some larger buildings are built speculatively, anticipating
future requirements. For example Fletcher House and Winchester House on Plots 13 / 14 were completed at the end of 2007. These are office / laboratory buildings totalling aprox. 50,000 sq ft. Capable of single or multi-let occupation. Winchester House has been let to the company Amey and Fletcher House is now `available to let.
