The Bellhouse Building is the most recent extension to the Magdalen Centre and reached practical completion in Summer 2020. It provides flexible laboratory accomodation with best-in-class facilities and shared laboratories.

Designed by Bogle Architects, the building provides three storey accommodation with rectangular floor plates capable of CL2 lab use to all areas.

The building is named after Professor Brian Bellhouse who was a Fellow at Magdalen College for 40 years and based one of his companies at the Park in the early 1990’s.
