Sadler Brasserie new A La Carte Menu!

We are very excited to announce the launch of Sadler Brasserie’s new menu, which has been developed by its talented Head Chef (Craig Heasley).

The new À La Carte Menu commences on Monday 9th May and features some exciting new seasonal starters and main courses.

The Food & Beverage Manager (Julien Such) highly recommends the following dishes:

OXFORD BLUE CHEESE PANNA COTTA

With fresh fig, toasted walnuts and honey

PAN-FRIED LAMB CANNON        

With roasted red chili parmentier potatoes, a confit lamb shoulder bon bon and mint emulsion

Jaime Cardinho who is one of the highly experienced kitchen team recommends the following traditional Portuguese dish, which reminds him of home:

TUNA À BRÁS

Char-grilled tuna steak, straw potatoes, fried hen’s egg yolk, olive and basil tapenade and a parsley oil
