The Park is managed by a dedicated on-site team, with a range of amenities to make day-to-day life enjoyable and convenient.

To allow true focus, everything your business or team could require for day-to-day activities can be found on the Park, all within a short distance.

The Sadler Building and The Magdalen Centre are our two food and beverage locations, both providing meeting room hire and free wifi. They house our onsite cafés, and Sadler Building has a bar and brasserie, so you are never short of food choices.

And for busy parents, there’s a super children’s nursery with easy drop-off and pick-up space, all set within our landscaped grounds.

There’s plenty of access to nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, and retail parks. Plus various hotels and full fitness facilities. All ensuring that everything and everyone is catered for.

Sadler Bar and Brasserie

The Sadler Building houses a bar and brasserie with beautiful lakeside al fresco dining. All food is lovingly prepared by our on site catering team.

It’s open weekdays and available to everyone whether working on the park, visiting or those hiring one of the meeting rooms.

A vending machine and free wifi are also available.

The Sadler Deli

For those without the time to dine in, our brand new The Sadler Deli is convenient for breakfast or lunch on the run and offers a wide range of freshly prepared food and drinks including:

  • Freshly ground Grumpy Mule coffee and speciality tea
  • Fruit smoothies, fruit juices and protein shakes

Magdalen CentreBack

Café Magdalen

As the Park’s innovation centre it houses Café Magdalen that is a vibrant place to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea, with freshly ground coffee and delicious hot and cold food made daily by our expert catering team in our on site kitchens. The weekly lunch menus for Café Magdalen may be viewed here.

Vending machines and free wifi are available weekdays to everyone, whether working on the Park, visiting or hiring one of the meeting rooms.

Fully landscaped grounds

Two feature lakes, tree-lined avenues, and a wealth of hidden walks and seating areas, allow for outside fitness and walks, or to simply relax by the river and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Built within 75 acres of enclosed grounds, the park is stimulating and enjoyable at any time of the year, with an abundance of natural planting and hard landscaping working together seamlessly.


Our nursery is run by The Old Station Nursery, an established family run childcare business.

The nursery reopened in January 2017 following a £100,000 refurbishment programme including interior decorating throughout, all new equipment, and garden refurbishment.

The nursery is light and airy with three rooms: one for babies, one for toddlers and one for pre-school, and also a babies’ sleeping room, and a kitchen.

The nursery offers daycare to parents and carers both on the Park and those in the surrounding area for up to 72 children from birth to five years old.

AED Automatic Defibrillator fitted outside Magdalen Centre South

The Magdalen Centre has a fully automatic AED Defibrillator fitted outside Magdalen Centre South, for use by those with no life-saving experience or with minimal training.
To use it in the event of an emergency you should:

  • Call 999
  • Keep calm & follow instructions
  • Tell the call operator you are at location AEA08
  • You will be given an unlock code
  • Stay on the line for further guidance
